ارتباط ذهن آگاهی و خودکارآمدی مادران با تعاملات والد-فرزند کودکان دبستانی در دوره قرنطینه خانگی ناشی از کرونا ویروس

چکیده

در حال حاضر پاندمی کرونا یکی از مسائل مهم و اصلی بهداشت و درمان در ایران و تمام دنیا می باشد و قرنطینه خانگی ناشی از آن، خانواده، و روابط اعضای خانواده را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ تعیین ارتباط ذهن آگاهی و خودکارآمدی مادران با تعاملات والد-فرزند کودکان دبستانی در دوره قرنطینه خانگی ناشی از کرونا ویروس بود. ﻃﺮح ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﻲ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﻲ ﻣﺎدران دارای ﻛﻮدک6 تا 12 ساله شهر رشت در زمستان سال 1399بود که از میان آنها، با روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﻴﺮی دردسترس تعداد 205 نفر انتخاب گردیدند و مقیاس ذهن آگاهی فرایبورگ(FMI-SF) ، مقیاس خودکارآمدی والدگری دومکا (PSAM)، مقیاس رابطه مادر-کودک( MCRE) را تکمیل کردند. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ کمک ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار 24 ـSPSS و با استفاده از روش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد بین ذهن‌آگاهی والدین با رابطه مادر و فرزند رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (P<0/01)، و همچنین در ادامه تحلیل نشان داد که بین خودکارآمدی والدین با رابطه مادر و فرزند رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (P<0/01)که در نهایت تحلیل داده های موجود نشان داد ارتباط ذهن‌آگاهی و خودکارآمدی والدین با رابطه مادر و فرزند مثبت و معنادار است. ذهن اگاهی و خودکارآمدی والدین نقش معناداری در تبیین رابطه مادر و فرزند دارند(01/0>P). نتایج پژوهش حاضر برای روان شناسان و مشاوران خانواده دارای تلویحات کاربردی بوده و با ارتقای سطح ذهن آگاهی و خودکارآمدی مادران میتوان کیفیت روابط والد-فرزند را بهبود بخشید.

تازه های تحقیق

بر اساس یافته­های پژوهش می­توان نتیجه گرفت که والدینی که دارای سطوح بالایی از ذهن­آگاهی هستند تنیدگی کمتری را تجربه می­کنند. در شرایط همه­گیری ویروس کرونا و قرنطینه خانگی، این کاهش تنیدگی، باعث می­شود والدین بهتر بتوانند نیازهای کودکانشان را درک کنند، آن­ها را مورد حمایت عاطفی خویش قرار دهند. ذهن­آگاهی مادر منجر به بالارفتن آگاهی هیجانی مادر و عدم قضاوت وی نسبت به کودک می­شود. در دوران قرنطینه ویروس کرونا، ذهن­آگاهی مادران می­تواند بر کاهش تنش تجربه­شده مادر در دوران قرنطینه مؤثر بوده و منجر به بهبود تعامل مادر و فرزند شود. به­علاوه، مادرانی که دارای خودکارآمدی بالایی هستند، بهتر می­توانند با فرزندانشان ارتباط سازنده برقرار کنند، با فرزندانشان همدلی داشته و رفتار مثبت و حمایتگری نسبت به فرزندشان خواهندداشت. ذهن­آگاهی و خودکارآمدی مادران به­صورت مثبت قادر به پیش­بینی تعامل مادر- کودک است و تلویحات پژوهشی و بالینی مهمی برای روان­شناسان و مشاوران فعال در حوزه خانواده و کودک در جهت بهبود تعاملات والد- فرزند دارد.

چکیده [English]

Currently, the corona pandemic can be one of the major health problems in Iran and around the world, and the resulting home quarantine, family, and relationships between families have been affected. Determining the subjective relationship between mothers' awareness and self-efficacy with parent-child switching during quarantine life was all corona choices. The statistical population of the study included all mothers with children aged 6 to 12 years in Rasht in the February of 2021 , from which 205 people were selected by available method and the Freiburg Mindfulness Scale (FMI-S). ) Completed the Dumka Parenting Self-Efficacy Scale (PSAM), the Mother-Child Relationship Scale (MCRE). Data were analyzed using SPSS 24.'s Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between parents' mindfulness and mother-child relationship (P<0/01), and the results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between parents' mindfulness and mother-child relationship (P<0/01). Finally, the analysis of available data showed that the relationship between parents' mindfulness and self-efficacy with the mother-child relationship is positive and significant. Parental awareness and self-efficacy play a significant role in explaining the mother-child relationship (P<0/01). The results of the present study have practical implications for psychologists and family counselors and by improving the level of mindfulness and self-efficacy of mothers, the quality of parent-child relationships can be improved.
