روایت‌پژوهی زندگی زنان سرپرست‌خانوار تحت پوشش کمیتۀ امداد امام خمینی(ره)

چکیده

در جامعۀ امروز آمار "زنان سرپرست خانوار" به دلایل گوناگونی رو به افزایش است. این گروه از زنان، از گروه­های حاشیه­ای جامعه­اند که با ناملایمات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی فراوانی رو­به­رو هستند. در این پژوهش تلاش کرده­ ایم تا با به مرکز توجه آوردن تجربیات زیستۀ آنان، نگاهی عمیق به هستی و داستان زندگی آنان داشته باشیم و  روایتی زنانه از مفهوم سرپرست خانوار ارائه دهیم. این پژوهش در قالب روش­شناسی کیفی و به مدد روش روایت­پژوهی انجام شده است. شیوۀ نمونه­گیری هدفمند بوده، و از یک اطلاع­رسان آگاه برای دسترسی به نمونه­ های پژوهش کمک گرفته­ایم. با پانزده نفر از زنان سرپرست خانوار تحت پوشش کمیتۀ امداد امام خمینی(ره) مشهد مصاحبه­ های روایی انجام داده­ایم. تجارب این زنان در ذیل کلان­ روایت­ های: کودک­ همسری و مادر شدن زود­هنگام، سطح پایین سرمایه­های اقتصادی و اجتماعی، سطح پایین سرمایۀ فرهنگی، کار موقت و بی­آتیه و ناامن، ازدواج ناموفق و جدایی از همسر، ناامنی­ها و ناملایمات و فشارهای اجتماعی، فرسودگی، رنج تنهایی، و نگرانی و تشویش بی­پایان، روایت شده است. بنا­بر نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش، اشتغال پایدار مهم­ترین بحث­ در زندگی زنان سرپرست­خانوار است. دوره­ های مهارت­ آموزی جهت برطرف نمودن فقر قابلیتی، تأمین اشتغال ثابت همراه با بیمه، جایگزین کردن سیاست­های اجتماعی منفعل با سیاست­ های فعال در جهت سازگار کردن شرایط اشتغال زنان سرپرست­خانوار با مسئولیت ­های خانوادگی، گام­ هایی عملی در رفع مشکلات زندگی آنان خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

In today's society, the phenomenon of "female-headed households" is increasing for a variety of reasons. This group of women is one of the marginalized groups in society that face many social, cultural and economic hardships. In this research, we tried to narrate the perceptions, feelings, pains, sufferings and finally the story of their lives by providing the possibility of recording the life experiences of these women. The most important question of this research was what concepts can be narrated in the experience of these women? And how do they understand, interpret, and narrate these experiences? This research was conducted in the form of qualitative methodology with the help of narrative analysis. For this purpose, we conducted in-depth and in-depth interviews with fifteen women heads of households under the auspices of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Mashhad. The experiences of these women include the following major narratives: childbearing, early motherhood, low level of economic and social capital, low level of cultural capital, temporary and insecure work, unsuccessful marriage and separation. It can be narrated from the spouse, insecurities and social pressures, burnout, loneliness, and endless worry and anxiety.
