تعادل عاطفی و الگوهای ارتباطی در خانواده: مطالعه ای مقایسه ای بین خانواده های با و بدون فرزند کم توان

چکیده

خانواده‌های دارای کودک معلول انزوای اجتماعی و مشکلات سلامت روانی را در حد اعلای خود تجربه می‌کنند و نسبت به مشکلات رفتاری، اجتماعی و هیجانی آسیب‌پذیرترند. بر همین مبنا هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تعادل عاطفی و الگوهای ارتباطی در خانواده‌های دارای فرزند معلول و خانواده‌های دارای فرزند سالم بود. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی – مقایسه‌ای می‌باشد. جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه‌ی خانواده‌های دارای فرزند معلول جسمی – حرکتی و خانواده‌های دارای فرزند سالم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 150 خانواده(75 خانواده دارای فرزند کم‌توان جسمی-حرکتی و 75 خانواده دارای فرزند سالم) به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره جهت مقایسه تعادل عاطفی و الگوهای ارتباطی در خانواده‌های دارای فرزند کم‌توان و خانواده‌های دارای فرزند عادی نشان داد که خانواده‌های دارای فرزند معلول تعادل عاطفی پایین‌تری نسبت به خانواده‌های دارای فرزند عادی دارند. همچنین خانواده‌های دارای فرزند کم‌توان در الگوی ارتباطی سازنده متقابل نمرات کمتری از خانواده‌های دارای فرزند سالم گزارش کردند و در مقابل در الگوهای ارتباطی اجتنابی متقابل و توقع/کناره‌گیر نمرات بیشتری را نسبت به خانواده‌های دارای فرزند سالم گزارش کرده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت که خانواده‌های دارای فرزند کم‌توان در مقایسه با خانواده‌های دارای فرزند سالم از تعادل عاطفی پایین‌تری برخوردارند و در روابط خانوادگی خود بیشتر از الگوهای ارتباطی اجتنابی متقابل و توقع/کناره‌گیر استفاده می‌کنند

Background and aim: Families with disabled children experience social isolation and mental health problems in fullest And vulnerable towards social - behavioral and emotional problems, accordingly The purpose of the this study comparison the emotional balance and communication patterns in families with disabilities children and families with normal children. Methods: this study Is causal- comparative and the population of study Included all families with physical – Motore disabled children and families with normal children in 2016 in tehran that by Purposive sampling method 150 families (75 families with physical – Motore disabled children and 75 families whit normal children) were selected as sample. Results: The results of multivariate analysis of variance to comparison emotional balance and communication patterns in families with disabilities children and families with normal children showed that families with disabilities children have lower emotional balance Compared with families with normal children. As well as families with disabilities children in mutual constructive communication reported Lower scores compared families with normal children, In contrast, in communication patterns mutual avoidance and demand / retiring reported more scores in compared families with normal children. Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that families with disabilities children in compared families with normal children have lower emotional balance and they use more communication patterns mutual avoidance and demand / retiring in their relationships.
