Abstract

This research examines the role of women in developing the capabilities of NGOs (SEM) in preventing social harm. The main objective of this study is to identify effective factors that increase the role of women in developing the semantic abilities. In the studies that followed the screening of early factors by Delphi technique, five factors: material assistance, continuous and targeted women's meetings, counseling services, the use of education in women's organizations, and the promotion of culture and symbolic movements as more important factors Which female respondents can comment on. The statistical population of this study was 180 women active in the NGOs of Tehran, who were mostly involved in social harm. Of these 123 samples were determined by the Cochran formula. The data gathering tool was a questionnaire. For reliability, Cronbach's method,in women's organizations, and the promotion of culture and symbolic movements as more imassistance, continuous and targeted women's portant .
