Compilation and Prioritization of Organizational Strategies for University Women's Vigor (According to the different roles of women)

Abstract

The present study has been been conducted to identify, compile and prioritize the strategies of organizational Vigor -Creating for women working in universities. Data collection was done using a semi-structured interview method, as well as a review of the documents related to the strategic and operational program of Alzahra University in time range of 2017 to 2019.
In the qualitative section, four organizational grounded strategies were identified by analyzing the responses of experts at Alzahra University and several university campuses of the Sisters in Tehran and using Content analysis method for organizational happiness of the women.
In the quantitative section of the research, after examine the reliability and validity of the strategies, for identifying and studying the mutual relationship between strategies and their ranking, two methods of Decision Making Trial and Evaluation and Interpretive Structural Modeling were respectively used. In this way, a questionnaire on organizational Vigor -Creating strategies of universities women was set up and provided to experts, and using DEMATEL-ISM technique,Based on the findings of the first quantitative method in the relationship between the compiled strategies, the strategy of raising the status of women and family has the highest influence and, branding strategy of women's universities has the highest effectiveness. in accordance with findings of ISM method, in order to create organizational Vigor in universities women, it is necessary that promoting the principles and values of women, establishing a source-centered viewpoint to women, women's flourishing and branding the capabilities of women's universities will be considered by university officials.
